Rob is an excellent instructor. His enthusiasm, energy, and easy-to-understand instruction in kettlebells, weight training, and movement were just what I needed to get myself going!
He is a stickler for proper form to avoid injury and to help you get better. He takes his time in working with you and adjusts his training to match your level of fitness, flexibility and mobility regardless of age or experience.
He also knows when you are ready to be pushed to the next level. His classes can be hard work, but are delivered in fun, simple, and clear manner. With Rob’s guidance, I am thrilled to see that I am gaining strength, body definition, and of course: losing weight. I am extremely impressed to see how Rob works with people of all ages, from high school students to senior citizens.
I highly recommend Rob no matter what your age or level of fitness is.
