I have never played a sport or been introduced to any form of fitness training until I joined the Akers of Strength Kettlebell Class.
Since enrollment, Rob has been guiding me toward a stronger and healthier lifestyle.
It was difficult in the beginning but Rob’s encouragement helped me deal with the things that I needed to be doing in order to improve. I knew I could achieve my goals with him by my side. Rob’s enthusiasm for the well being of his students is the driving force behind the program. His classes have helped me become not just stronger physically but mentally as well. One of my fitness goals was to be able to be able to do a hand stand and a full push up. At three and half months, I’ve achieved my hand stand goal and I can almost do a full push up.
I have seen so many noticeable changes in my physique. My whole body has slimmed down and toned up. In my every day activities, I feel fully energized and stronger in both body and mind. Some days are hard but with each class, a stronger ‘me’ comes out of it. This program has really encouraged me to change my way of thinking towards fitness, health, and life.
