SPORTS PERFORMANCE
Our Sports Performance sessions feature an innovative approach to training — building on a solid athletic foundation while staying focused on each athlete’s individual goals.
We offer instruction in movement training, injury reduction, proper recovery, explosive power development, proper functional strength training and energy system conditioning.
First and foremost, our goal is to help young athletes grow into healthy, strong, and knowledgable adults while enhancing their athletic performance and increasing their chance of success on the field of play.
PERSONAL TRAINING
We offer a uniquely progressive training regimen that offers structure, accountability and a great workout to help ensure that you make progress and achieve your health and fitness goals.
POWER LIFTING
The power lifting program offers a unique approach to physical training. The deadlift, squat and bench press are the three primary lifts in competition.
Individuals in this program will master technique and develop physical abilities in order to be successful in competition.
Individuals will be encouraged to compete in local and national events.
