First and foremost, our goal is to help young athletes grow into healthy, strong, and knowledgable adults while enhancing their athletic performance and increasing their chance of success on the field of play.
We offer a uniquely progressive curriculum-based kettlebell and bodyweight training system that offers structure, accountability, and a great workout to help ensure that you make progress and achieve your health and fitness goals.
Several classes are taught every week by a certified Russian Kettlebell Instructor.
This regimen is for all levels of experience — from those who’ve people never touched a kettlebell to seasoned veterans and everybody in between.
Kettlebells are unique in that no other fitness tool can be used for such a vast array of exercises that will help everyone from beginners to advanced students get strong, lose weight, move better, and look their best!
Personal Training at AOS is an excellent option for someone who prefers a 1:1 coaching relationship as their primary form of fitness or for people with variable schedules – including athletes, executives and stay-at-home parents. Everything – training, nutrition, recovery – is customized to your individual needs and goals.
We also offer Semi-Private Training for people who like working with a partner or friend or for those who get more out of their workout by competing. Semi-Private training is typically 2-4 people with one Coach.
If you have very little experience with working out, a personal trainer is the ultimate fitness coach. We will introduce you to a simple, effective routine and progressively build a solid foundation, which will give you the confidence and knowledge to succeed.
Our Barbell Club provides a unique, fun approach to physical training.
Offered as an incentive, add-on program to all other memberships but can also be joined as a stand-alone program.
The focus is on the “Big Three” Power Lifts – Deadlift, Bench, Squat. The most powerful movements the human body is capable of performing along with related mobility, stability, and strength movements.
You’ll become part of a community of competitive and recreational lifters who have fun, train hard, and keep each other motivated.
