Russian Kettlebells & Functional Movement Training
Russian Kettlebell Training has rapidly become one of the leading practices in strength and fitness training. This form of training combines strength, power, and energy system conditioning (cardio) into one workout. Under our instruction, individuals will train to master each Kettlebell technique.
Weight Lifting & Performance Strength Training
